Welcome to our New Employee Resource Center

Congratulations on receiving an offer to join Boehringer Ingelheim in its commitment to improving lives worldwide. We hope by now you have received your electronic Employment Offer Package via e-mail. The package includes the following: a welcome letter, your offer letter, the electronic chain of custody form and New Employee Resource Center instructions.

Please bring the original signed offer letter on your first day of employment and keep a copy for your records.

If you are accepting, please be sure to provide your date of birth in the space provided on your letter. The purpose of requesting your birth date is to assist us in establishing your employment record in our information management

Prior to your first day, please take the time to review all policies and benefits information provided in this section of our web site. For Field Sales Force employees only: please refer to the Forms tab, which will provide you with further direction on a form that requires your immediate attention. With the exception of your offer letter and the Chain of Custody form, please print, sign and bring all documents with you on your first day of employment.
