Stroke Prevention in Atrial Fibrillation

The following areas are of research interest:

  • Boehringer Ingelheim is interested in studies in patients being treated with Pradaxa that are likely to broaden the information available regarding
    • patient subgroups. Examples include ethnicity, age or other groups of clinical interest.
    • patient management considerations commonly encountered in patients. Examples include cardioversion, ablation, temporary interruptions of therapy or other concomitant cardiovascular interventions.
